Most bookings support card payments; some studios offer invoices.
Payment availability depends on the studio’s configuration. In general, credit/debit cards are accepted. Some professional studios can issue invoices for company bookings.
If your card is declined, double-check 3‑D Secure authorization and that your billing address matches. You can also try another card or ask support to convert the booking to an invoice (when studio policy allows).
Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes—policies vary by studio and are shown before confirmation.

Studios set their own cancellation windows (for example, free cancellation up to 48 hours prior). If rescheduling is available, you’ll see the option inside your booking details.
If you’re close to the session start time, message the studio via the booking contact. Many studios can accommodate changes when their schedule permits, but it’s not guaranteed.

Do I need an engineer, or can I self-record?
Both options exist; the listing shows whether staff support is included.
Many studios are designed for self-service recording and provide simple instructions. Premium studios can include an engineer who handles levels, multitrack capture, remote guests, and file delivery.
If you’re recording for the first time, choosing a session with an engineer can be worth it to avoid technical issues and get consistent audio.
When do I get my files?
Usually immediately after the session; sometimes within 24 hours for edited exports.

When do I get my files?
Usually immediately after the session; sometimes within 24 hours for edited exports.
For self-record sessions, studios often provide a download link or copy files to your drive on-site. If you add post-production, expect a delivery window (commonly 24–72 hours) depending on the package.
Before leaving the studio, confirm: file format (WAV/MP3), track layout (multitrack vs mixed), and sample rate (e.g., 48 kHz).
